'I liked the room, which advertised kitchenette; however there was no kitchenette. None of the amenities listed are in the room. In fact no food is allowed in the room-including coffee (no coffee maker) and you don’t want to see me before I get coffee! Also, your not allowed to flush toilet paper! The road is only wide enough for a golf cart and is bumpy and full of potholes, but you have to drive about 20 minutes to secret beach, which is the only decent beach. 'The ad does not seem to mention that Casa Reina is a 3 story walk up. Also, there seems to be no mention that the rooftop pool is private to certain rooms. There are very few plugs to charge phones, watches, earbuds, and some are loose and dangerous. It is very quiet which was great for sleeping. Staff very helpful. '
