We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room. »

« First, the young lady who checked us in was amazing and helpful. She tried to fix things for us.
Second, the hotel should have explained that it was being renovated. We knew the pool was closed for renovations. The lobby was not "complete". It just did not look like it was ready to be open. The pictures on the website were misleading. "City view"...there was no city view from any room. Except the highway and parking lot.
Third, our first 2 rooms that we reserved...well, to put it...
