  • Alles wat nodig is voor een ideale vakantie voor de deur. Hangmat aan het meer, overdekt dek, buitendek, maisgat (zitspel bordspel), wip, 2 mijl lopen / joggen / rennen pad, 33ft dok (zwepen en zwemladder), het hele jaar door 4-persoons bubbelbad met tv, zwemvlot (10ft diep), afmeren (13ft diep), twee 10ft kajaks, 14ft kano, rubberboot / roeiboot, Solo Stove (buiten vuurplaats), open haard, brandhout, basketbal hoepel en geweldige sterren kijken. Rij of rijd 1 mijl voor het ontbijt in Ames Farm Inn tijdens de zomer.

    Negen minuten naar Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [concertlocatie fka Meadowbrook], elf minuten naar Gunstock Recreation Area [wintersneeuw skiën, zomer zipline / touwenparcours / wandelen], en zestien minuten naar Weirs Beach [klassieke Drive In, arcades, promenade, strand, enz.].

    Drie slaapkamers met een queensize bed in elk, den / speelkamer met een stapelbed [twee tweelingen] en een eenpersoonsbed. Vier warmtepompen / AC-units, grote 6-pits propaangrill, vaatwasser, magnetron, wifi, HD-kabel, Mr. Koffiezetapparaat, K-Cup machine, kleding wasmachine en droger.

    Let op: er zijn standaard bedden voor negen, maar de accommodatie biedt plaats aan maximaal twaalf - drie "full-size" Millard Premium vouwbedden met traagschuimmatrassen zijn beschikbaar [standaard kinderbedjes zijn slechts 26 "breed ... deze zijn 38" breed]

    Beddengoed en handdoeken voorzien. Laatste huis in een "doodlopende" straat - voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor voertuigen en / of aanhangwagens.

We love this home on Alton Bay. The host was very helpful and easy to work and communicate with. A 13 minute drive to Gunstock ski mountain.

The owner Jamie and the property are awesome.It is right on the water and has many amenities.The property is close to restaurants and shopping.We have been staying in this area for the last 20 years until the owner sold and we neede a new place to stay.I would say we would 100% stay again.

Just what was needed

This location is a fantastic spot on the lake. The house is well laid out, has fantastic amenities and the nice little touches make you feel like you are home away from home. Jamie is a great host, very responsive and is a quick phone call away if needed. Just what our family needed.

This is a great property, well maintained, with all of the amenities that you typically need. Plus its only a short drive to several restaurant's, stores, and shopping. The owner is extremely responsive, accommodating, and was also very proactive with communication as well. We stayed here 2 years ago and will stay here again.

Alton Bay

Great location and great amenities. The view is absolutely amazing, interior and exterior spaces are comfortable and spacious, kayaks and a canoe were nice touches, the dock and swimming platform made swimming easy and fun. Easy access to Mt. Major and other hiking, as well as local restaurants.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The space was perfect for our group of eight, offering plenty of room for everyone and ample parking. While the decor is rustic, the home was very clean, and it was clear the host has thought of every detail. We especially appreciated the comprehensive instruction binder, which explained how to use everything and even helped us locate items like the corkscrew effortlessly. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. To make an already great stay even better, we have a few small suggestions: adding mattress pads to the bunk beds would enhance comfort, as they were quite firm. Additionally, replacing a few of the thinner pillows or encouraging guests to bring their own could improve sleep quality. Finally, introducing some colorful accents—such as brighter blankets, towels, or decor—could liven up the space, as the current palette is heavily brown.Overall, we highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!

Great cottage

This cottage is outstanding, especially for a family. The hot tub, beach, dock, kayaks, canoe and swim raft are steps away from the house- which is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The 2.3 mile walking trail is perfect for kids and dogs. We keep coming back and it gets better every time!

Perfect Location for a Grande vacation with family
