The Space:

This studio-style apartment has one bedroom with a king bed and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping two guests, with a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable. The private kitchen is fully equipped — refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cookware, coffee maker and toaster — so you can cook exactly as you would at home. A dining table and outdoor seating let you take meals inside or out, and a patio or balcony rounds out the space. When you're ready to cool off, the property's shared swimming pool is just steps away, and free on-site parking makes coming and going easy.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is handled in person by our on-site host or property attendant, and free parking is available on the premises.

Alto Lucero is a quiet, rural corner of Veracruz's Gulf coast region, far from the pace of the state's larger cities. It suits travelers looking for a relaxed home base rather than a nightlife scene — days here tend to move at their own rhythm, with the shared pool as the natural gathering spot for everyone staying on the property.



Getting Around:

The closest airport is Aeropuerto Nacional de Xalapa (El Lencero), an estimated 45-60 minute drive via the Xalapa-Alto Lucero highway; Veracruz's General Heriberto Jara International Airport is a second option, roughly 1.5-2 hours south. A car is the most practical way to get around this rural stretch of the coast — Chachalacas, the area's known beach and sand-dune destination, is a further drive, though we recommend confirming exact travel time locally. Rideshare and taxi coverage here can be more limited than in larger cities.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.



Paid Add-Ons (Marketplace)

- Optional paid amenities are available as add-on services, orderable through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook after booking — such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, birthday balloons, BBQ grill use, breakfast service, or extra pillows and blankets.

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM-7 AM.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
