« Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back. »

« The pool table need maintenance, have missing screws in the feets of the table AND dont have enough stability, need a good kit of darts, this room Is a very good place to enjoy but really need maintenance. »

« Nice home! We loved the covered deck, as we enjoyed watching the elk walk by & relaxing with the cool breeze blow. Very close to all our favorite restaurants, especially K-Bob's. »

« This is a true treehouse experience with the actual tree growing through both rooms, creating a unique and fascinating stay. The property is part of El Mistico Ranch, nestled in the mountains and offering breathtaking views. Access is secure, with a gate code required for entry. And if a treehouse isn’t quite your style, El Mistico also offers tipis, a cozy airstream, and other distinctive accommodations. »

« We were in heaven! So clean and comfortable. Clean hot tub. Cozy beds. Such beautiful views and abundant wild life. So peaceful. Adored the hummingbirds! Wonderful home! »

« We had a wonderful time during our stay at this cabin. We loved the location, and the size was perfect for our family. We would be interested in staying again if we come back to Ruidoso. »

« Overall great experience. We headed here after my husband and I’s wedding for a couple days and it was the best getaway to the mountain air. The house was clean, host was amazing and let detailed descriptions of what needed to be done to leave, and the hot tub was an amazing touch! Will definitely be back. »
