« We stayed for one night when we were in town for a baseball tournament and Tara was awesome. After being at the ball fields all day with our kids, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive and she had left snacks, which my kids quickly devoured. The coffee bar was awesome, my husband and I both enjoyed the different flavors. Roku tvs in every room, nice big shower, and everything we needed for our stay. Tara was sweet and attentive and we had no issues! Will definitely stay again! »

« The house was nice for our stay, our only concern was with communication with the host. We had difficulty with the check in process, getting the wrong code. Eventually we were able to reach them and the issue was corrected. »

« We rented the house as a surprise to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We had 2 families with teens and young adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is better than advertised and Charlene's extra effort and personal touches made the weekend so memorable. We will definitely be returning! »

« Came into town for my doctoral graduation with my kids and sisters. This was a perfect place for us. Great location and size and so close to everything I needed to be near! Also, we managed to get locked out at one point and the hosts were so quick to help me get back into the house. Excellent stay!! »

« This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips. »

« This is our second time staying at this location and everything went as smoothly as the first! The hostess is great, easily reachable by phone if needed, and most importantly, prompt in replying. The house is always full of amenities, well kept and the back deck is nice for early morning coffee with your spouse! A very nice experience! »

« The house was clean, organized and had lots of extras (night light, lint roller, towels, sheets) Owner very responsive to messages and even accommodated an early check-in to get ready for early afternoon wedding. Would absolutely stay here again. »

« We gathered to celebrate my daughter’s vet school graduation. The house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms on 3 floors allowed us all to have some privacy during our stay. Backyard was conducive to socializing. All-in-all a wonderful weekend. »

« Definitely a good place for the family to stay on a game weekend… It was very spacious, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Definitely needs a few more things added to the kitchen. Pots and pans were very worn out, stove was older, but got the job done. Also could have used a few more towels and washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall not a bad location, would probably stay there again when visiting Manhattan for a quick trip. »

« In town for a family birthday party and this spot was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a quick breakfast both days before heading out. The living room was cozy enough to catch Coachella late at night when we returned. The mattresses leave a little to be desired as they were not very comfy, but all in all a good stay. »
