This incredible home is about 5 minutes from Fairplay and about 30 minutes from Breckenridge, a true treasure nestled among the mountains, with a striking, rustic exterior and gorgeous interior made up of five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fabulous game room and a private hot tub. From the moment you enter the spacious, open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, you will find yourself taken in by the stylish decor, focus on comfort and abundant natural light that abounds in this home.
Walk in the stunning living area, which boasts a pitched ceiling with wood beams and abundant windows that offer up natural light and views of mountains and pines in every direction. Outfitted with a roomy sectional sofa, large coffee table/ottoman, a wood-burning fireplace, two armchairs, a leather lounge chair and a flat-screen TV, this is an ideal place where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploration and adventure.
Nearby, the kitchen space is full of high-end details that will delight the chef in your group, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a tile backsplash and a roomy island/bar with seating for two. Equipped with everything you need to whip up a favorite meal, you will find everything from a Ninja blender to a coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster oven in this well-stocked kitchen.

A full bathroom is situated near both of these bedrooms and provides a single-sink vanity and a shower-tub combo where you can wash up with ease.

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, as well as a private hot tub and parking for as many as six vehicles in front of the home.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 per pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest.
