'Merci à Monsieur Guyard et son équipe pour l'accueil ! On se sent très vite à l'aise dans ce magnifique domaine. Adultes et enfants ont trouvé leur place. Le lieu est parfaitement sécurisé pour les enfants. Les sportifs (et les autres) apprécieront le cadre et la richesse des équipements. Bravo à Monsieur Chigne pour sa discrétion et l'entretien du parc magnifique dominant la Charente. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !'

'The place was ideal for us. It had the most amazing outdoor areas where we could dine and gather to relax. Temperatures reached 38 degrees and the pool area and decking had plenty of shade and beautiful views looking over the river in the distance. There were two BBQ areas and the kitchen had everything you needed. You could walk to the town where there were a number of restaurants and a short drive across the river to a local supermarket. Highly recommend.'

'We had 2 wonderfully relaxing weeks in Belle Vue. The house met all our expectations. The view was phenomenal. There is a large garden with lots of privacy and a large trampoline for our child. And the house is fully equipped. We had lots of BBQ’s and at night we loved to put the fireplace on. The beds are very comfortable and Tim the owner makes sure everything goes smoothly during our stay. The house is 2 min drive from the boulangerie where they sell the best croissants and cakes. 'Het huisje is precies zoals omschreven op de site. Een leuk welkomstpakket bij aankomst. We hebben Mike kort gezien als hij proper linnen kwam brengen maar de communicatie liep zeer goed. We hadden verwacht dat Civray zelf iets levendiger zou zijn, dat was een beetje een teleurstelling.'

'La maison est celle que nous recherchions, une maison typique en pierre avec ses poutres en bois à l’intérieur et les lézards à l’extérieur. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chaleur donc la piscine mise à disposition nous a bien servis. La propriétaire, bien que mon anglais ne soit pas bon du tout, a été très accueillante, avec des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée, et très souple au niveau des horaires. "Voor het onbijt betaalden we 10€/persoon, maar toen we het buffet bezochten was alles bijna op, het buffet was heel beperkt, cornflakes, yoghurt, 1 stokbroodje, amper charcuterie, fruitsla(doorweekt, alles smaakte hetzelfde), 2 croissants, een paar sneetjes brood. Denk dat er onvoldoende personeel was maar de kamer was mooi en netjes en het personeel heel vriendelijk !"
