'Our first room 128 was nicely clean but the blinds were damaged and does not provided privacy to the room. We went to front desk and immediately our room was changed. Unfortunately the room was not properly cleaned.
One of the issues was the toilet seat with hairs.
The shower with loose parts.
Carpet dirty.'

8.8 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (927 beoordelingen)
'Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay.'

'We visited from Pittsburgh to spend time with Ohio family. Our room was spacious and I liked that there were two chairs for both of us to watch TV. It was clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of things to choose from. There are lots of waffle toppings!
We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.
We ate at Cracker Barrel the first night. As always, it was wonderful! The second night we went to La Fogata. We ordered the Grande Fajitas and it was enough for...

'I had a very nice stay at The Buxton and Mark was the kindest person to work with as he supported my reservation. Very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious and to order. I look forward to them opening a full restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, I did not encounter and ghost, maybe next time!

'Hotel is iets verouderd, badkamer erg klein, deur raakt het toilet bij het open en dicht doen. Zwembad was erg mooi met fijn warm bubbelbad. Service perfect. Prima adviezen over wat er te doen was, waar we zeker heen moesten en waar we konden eten. Supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. Verder geen restaurant in de buurt, dat was jammer, maar met de auto binnen een kwartier bij een restaurant.'
