Being a regular Rixos customer, this particular hotel is poorly managed for multiple reasons:
1. Availability of Golf Carts, even though there are many Golf Carts around "For Manager(s) Use" which is rediculous
2. Suite location should be considerably closer or this should be clearly mentioned
3. Differentiation between All Inclusive clients and others should be taken into consideration provided All Inclusive is technically paying double if not triple, accordingly the service should be considered
4. Having a cancelled flight, caused the check-in to be delayed by 1 day, yet the Hotel didn't bother to allow an extended night to cover the missed day nor a refund for the 1st night, which is pretty much a cheap and disrespectful action by the hotel given the amount being paid per night.
5. Have booked an Airport pick-up, which never showed up, and when i called the Hotel upon arrival the Customer Service agent was pretty much rude and questioning, which should not be the case for a 5* Hotel
6. The Key Card was stopped before checking out, even though I had an approval on a Late Checkout
