« Scandalous! What could have been a lovely stay turned into a very humiliating and stressful moment due to an unprofessional and rude management. At the very beginning of our stay, I gave 4 formal “expensive” shirts to the laundry and got them back with two sizes less. After having informed the reception, we received confirmation that I will be compensated for my shirts and that the price of our stay will be decreased accordingly.
