The living room is spacious and bright, combining the lounge and dining areas in a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for socializing and enjoying leisure moments throughout the day.



On the ground floor of the main house, there are two main bedrooms: an elegant double room with en-suite bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Next to the pool, an annex offers two additional twin rooms and a shared bathroom with shower, providing privacy and space for all guests.



The kitchen is practical and functional, fully equipped to make meal preparation easy during your stay.



Outside, the property features a covered terrace with dining area, a BBQ zone and a swimming pool, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate.



Located in Albufeira, Villa Alice is close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, allowing you to enjoy the best of the Algarve with ease.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



We recommend renting a car due to the property's location and, if you wish, we’ll be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
