Villa Molucas is a stunning property set in the prime location of São Rafael, Albufeira, one of the most attractive areas for holidaying in the Algarve. Convenience shops, restaurants and bars are all within a short walking distance, as are the beautiful nearby beaches of Castelo or Evaristo which are sure to take your breath away.

This fantastic holiday home sleeps 10 + 2 people, with 5 spacious bedrooms. The ground floor of the property houses 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), while the floor above houses a further 2 bedrooms (both are twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms). The fifth bedroom (twin room) can be found on the second floor, with an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic terrace with wonderful views of the sea and surrounding area.

The main living spaces can be found on the spacious and newly refurbished lower floor, with a cosy living area and TV, dining area, bar and a pool table, providing plenty of space and entertainment for the whole group.

The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and includes lots of counter space, plus all the utensils and appliances you may require for home cooking, with a microwave, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine and a standard fridge / freezer. A guest W.C. is also available nearby, as well as a laundry area with an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Outside, you can find a traditional BBQ and a second dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals and drinks with a view of the wonderful south-facing pool, which can be heated as an optional extra. Sun beds are available for you to relax in the warm sun and work on your tan with a good book.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, free of charge.

The property is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as beautiful beaches. Additionally, the town of Albufeira is within just a 10-minute drive, where you can find banks and a variety of shops / shopping centres, as well as the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
