3 large bedrooms all with private ensuite sleeping up to 6. Consists of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double and 1 twin) and a 1 queen sized bedroom on the top floor with its own private balcony area and double patio doors. Each bedroom has window shutters to keep the light out and the rooms cool along with air conditioning.



Located in Vale-de-Parra near Gale Beach the villa is just 10 minutes drive from Albufeira Old Town. The villa offers complete privacy and is nestled in a quiet agricultural area with good surrounding views of vineyards.



Just 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to local bars, café, bakery, deli and supermarkets there is everything within easy reach. The nearest Portuguese restaurant is Sao Domingoes just down the lane which is excellent and next door you will find an amazing Deli meaning you don't have to cook if you don't want to. If you're a keen golfer we are also only 5 mins drive to the famous golf course of Salgados.



The private drive offers parking for 2 cars and also offers security with remote controlled electric double gates and side gate with intercom access. The villa is surrounded by a secure perimeter fence and is not overlooked as the villa is set by farmland and vineyards.



The villa has been built with outdoor living in mind with 3 separate large seating areas to choose from. The villa has large double patio doors that open out to the large covered terrace with a sofa and dining area. The South-facing garden giving ideal sun exposure all day. Outdoor seating provides dining with a large BBQ area which allows you to cook al-fresco. Modern loungers and table areas provide ample sunbathing space around the pool with a mature garden that offers total privacy. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset overlooking the farm vineyards whilst enjoying a drink on the sun loungers up there or a meal on the rooftop dining table and chairs.



Inside the modern open plan layout gives you a great feeling of spaciousness. Furnished by an interior designer to an extremely high standard you will feel at home as soon as you enter it. The kitchen with large american fridge freezer and ice machine giving you access to everything you need for a self catering holiday if you choose to use that or of course you can opt to holiday in style and eat out at the many brilliant restaurants nearby.
