1ª Floor:
The villa features two spacious en-suite bedrooms.

One bedroom is facing the front of the property, with a small private balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or morning coffee.

The second bedroom has direct access to the main terrace overlooking the private pool, furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas — ideal for relaxing in the sun. This terrace also features an external staircase leading straight to the pool and garden area, making outdoor living easy and convenient.

Ground floor:
Includes three comfortable bedrooms, designed for both privacy and practicality:
- One en-suite bedroom with direct access to the outdoor dining area, perfect for guests who enjoy an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Two additional bedrooms share a modern family bathroom:
- One room is furnished with two single beds – ideal for children or friends.

- The other features a queen-size bed, offering extra space and comfort (smaller window, no direct access to the outside).

All of these bedrooms include built-in wardrobes, providing ample storage for longer stays.

These thoughtfully designed rooms offer a balance of indoor comfort and outdoor connection, perfect for guests looking to enjoy both relaxation and easy access to the villa’s outdoor amenities.

The villa offers a spacious living room with a large chaise longue sofa and a Smart TV connected to a Sonos sound system – perfect for enjoying a film night with the whole family or playing your favourite music while relaxing in the space.

At the entrance, there is a convenient guest WC.

The property also features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils and appliances, so you can cook comfortably for the whole family and truly feel at home.

The indoor dining area is strategically located between the living room, kitchen, and outdoor dining space, making it highly functional and convenient.

While it is most commonly used during the cooler months, thanks to its cosy and central position, during the summer guests tend to enjoy meals in the fantastic outdoor dining area, making the most of the warm weather and garden atmosphere.

Reservation Policy
Reservations from unaccompanied young travellers, groups of young guests, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar events are not accepted. Our properties are designed for families, couples, and responsible groups.

This property operates on a self check-in basis. Access details will be shared prior to arrival.

Identification Details
Identification details are mandatory for all non-resident guests prior to check-in, in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements.

Tourist Tax
A municipal tourist tax may apply depending on local regulations. The applicable amount and conditions will be confirmed prior to arrival and must be settled before check-in. As a reference, the maximum rate during high season is €2 per person per night, for up to 7 nights.
