Perfect Mountain Getaway! This home has everything you need to enjoy your Pocono Mountain getaway. Located in amenity filled Towamensing Trails. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is near many Pocono Mountain attractions such as Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost and Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Hiking, Skirmish, Whitewater Rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Horseback Riding, Biking, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, and so much more..!

This home features Living room with 50' TV, HD Cable, DVD, Free WiFi, Computer Desk, Kitchen and Dining Room. Perfect Game room featuring 2 50' TVs with HD Cable, Pool Table, Foosball, Large Air Hockey Table, and Propane Fireplace. Let's not forget the outdoor Hot Tub, and gas grill. Washer and Dryer.

This Home is only a 10 Block walk from the beach on a 190 acre lake, the clubhouse is only another block away. enjoy fishing, boating, private tennis and basketball courts in the community..

Home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens, paper products and toiletries. This home accommodates 15 guests. (Per township rules: 10 adults, rest under 2yrs old) Please do not exceed this number. ATTENTION TENANTS: The community will only issue upto 8 passes for lake and amenities!!!

This house is 10 blocks from private 190 acre lake within the development, also includes a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in basement for the kids, outdoor pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts also withing the community, it is near major ski resorts, and a handful of golf courses, 15 mins from Pocono race track, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, indoor water park 10 mins away in split rock resort, 35 mins from 3 casinos, 15 mins from historical town of Jim Thorpe, pa and lots of state game land in the area for hunters. (there is no hunting within the development!) any other questions just ask!!

Great house and amazing property

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) The property boasts a beautiful lake, beach and swimming pool 5 minutes away. We made lots of use of the hot tub, pool table, air hockey and foosball table. This was our second time staying at this house and plan to come back again.

Quick Getaway to Poconos

Overall enjoyable stay in pet friendly property in the Poconos. Nice small community, with little traffic, low speed limits, and lots of deer! Property itself was very clean and appreciated that it allowed pets. Also appreciated that linens and towels were included. Did not use hot tub. It seemed it needed cleaning and maintenance.

Great vacation house!

The house was nice and clean, the game room was a hit with the kids. The upstairs room has 4 large bunk beds! Plenty of room to hangout and play up there. We were able to use the amenities at the lake without any issue and the hot tub was fantastic at night. The property management was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house and definitely come here again.

It was an amazing stay. The house looks soo much better in person. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was nice. It has everything a person would need. Pots pans dishes towels. And the beds are great. Pillows a little soft for my taste but everything else was great. I do recommend. Manager reached out the entire stay to make sure everything was good.

🏂🏂🏂🏂Senior Snowboarding Trip 🏂🏂🏂🏂

We treated our 17 year old son & his 7 friends to a Snowboarding trip last weekend. This house was perfect for our group! When the boys weren't on the slopes at Big Boulder, they were either hanging out in the game room, in the hot tub or asleep in the perfectly sized bunk room! We had an unforgettable experience with a truly great group of kids & can't thank Cori & his team enough! P.S..... the photos in the listing don't do this home justice. Cori has obviously made upgrades to the kitchen & furniture in all bedrooms. We're already planning another trip with a stay in this house next Winter!

Little gem!

The house was better than the pics! We were treated to a very clean house and little treat for our arrival- nice surprise! The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably and although I was a little nervous that the house would be too small for 2 adults and 6 teens, the layout worked very well and we all had room to spread out when we needed space. The Game room was a highlight for sure and we used it daily- loved having different game options and the seating area was cozy! Unfortunately the hot tub was too warm for us to use consistently- communication was great between Cori and the property manager who walked me through re-setting the temp but I guess the outdoor temp was too hot to allow the hot tub to drop in temp? Check in process and communication was great. The lake house, pool, and basketball/tennis courts were further away than I expected- seemed much further than 10 blocks as posted- it was closer to 1.5 miles which was too far for the kids to walk on their own. The lake was closed for swimming when we were there but the pool was very nice and the clubhouse and beach area were nice options to have. Overall a great visit and would recommend staying here!

Great weekend at Perfect Getaway!

The price was great for the number of beds we needed. Game room was the best. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked very clean and newer. Cori and the property manager were very accessible and communicative. They made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time, and while we were there.

Poconos Family Stay

Great stay for grandparents with 4 adult children and 6 grandkids aged 8-14; accommodations fit our group of 12 very nicely. We enjoyed community amenities including pool, lake and arcade; Property was very close to fun family hiking at Hickory Run State Park. Also, visited Jim Thorpe and biked on the Lehigh Gorge bike trail nearby. Final full day we went to the water park at Split Rock.

Truly the "Perfect Getaway"!

We really enjoyed our time in the Poconos and at this property. Communication with the owner, Cori, was great from the start. He even reached out to answer my questions immediately while he, himself, was on vacation! Property Manager Joann met us upon arrival, showed us how to work the ac, hot tub etc and gave us some good suggestions for things to do and restaurants. The house was IMMACULATELY CLEAN which is A#1 esp now (Covid). House was very comfortable. It was just my family of 4 (me, husband and kids ages 11 and 12) but it would be perfect for a large family, extended family or 2 families vacationing together. It is the perfect combo of rustic/mountain/lake house vibe but with all the comforts you want (A/C, great wifi, lots of hot water for showers. The community was very nice. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. There were also paddle boats available for rental. Other amenities closed due to covid, but the lake was the draw for us. There was also a very nice pool. We enjoyed the hot tub at the home (also beyond clean. Joann said they empty it between guests, so it might not be hot the day you arrive but worth it to know it is super clean. ) the best part was the games in the basement - pool, air hockey, foosball and ping pong. We played every night and really enjoyed it! It was great to get the kids off their phones and just have some fun family time!!! Things we did nearby (within a 20-35 minute drive) Boulder View Restaurant for dinner - very nice, seating outside by Lake Harmony (If you want to eat inside, make reservation), town of Jim Thorpe - beautiful and charming with lots of nice shops and restaurants. (We had lunch at the Inn very good) We also did the scenic train ride. Our favorite thing was the hike at Hawk Falls - not to be missed! Gorgeous, not a rigorous hike and beautiful falls!!! We had not done much because of covid and this was just the break we needed. Must be beautiful to visit during the autumn. The only issue I could see is there are a lot of stairs, so if you are traveling with a person who has difficulty with stairs, this is not the house for you. But if you are looking for a spacious comfortable home with lots of fun activities, you couldn't ask for a better place. We hope to return!

Weeklong family vacation

I came with my family consisting of 14 people ages 9-65 and not a single complaint. The house had more than enough room and things to do to keep everyone occupied. Additionally, the area was perfect for us: we hiked everyday, enjoyed the hot tub and cooked for the family in the house kitchen.

There is plenty of space inside and out. I had a good sized group up for a guys weekend and we didn’t seem crammed at all. There were also 3 TVs which allowed us to watch multiple games at the same time. Any questions I had the owners responded right away. I would stay again.

A wonderful vacation

Whole bunch of us came up to go white-water rafting about ,12 of us all adults and we were all comfortable though it rain the whole weekend but we were highly entertained with all the games and there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out .Cory was an amazing host even gave us complimentary wine and he was there when we have any questions. Just an overall wonderful person.
