'Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden, maar eerlijk is eerlijk; de kamer kan wel een update gebruiken. De meubels zijn oud en soms zelfs versleten. Het bed is vreselijk, en het oogt allemaal best ouderwets. Dat het water voor het bad uit het plafond kwam heeft ons nog het meest verbaasd. Wij hadden een kamer zonder balkon en dan mis je een ruimte buiten waar je kan zitten. Wat wel fijn was is de geweldige service van Jakub en Eva die ons supergoed hebben geholpen. Ook het parkeren onder het hotel...

'Though the property is dated but quite charming exterior, the interior is warmly arranged and clean esp the bathroom. The little nook with microwave is very appreciated coupled with a small fold down table top with 2 chairs makes good space for quick breakfast. The welcome cookies is a nice added touch. The staff over at the kilneroy across the street is very helpful. Though an early check would hv been appreciated consider the Crandell has ample vacancies during our stay in low season mid...

'Very clean and cozy cabins, it was a great place to stay for the night and we will be back. The fireplace was premade and easy to use and you were able to go over to the main lodge for food and drinks and/or to play a board game. You were also able to bring board games back to your cabin with you. Only thing missing was that I wish every cabin had a shower, but honestly wasn’t a big deal. It was about a 25 minute drive to Banff.'
