'The staff were very polite and quick to offer assistance. We asked for an extra blanket which they brought up right away. We also had some difficulties with the remote (either it wasn’t working or we just weren’t smart enough to know how to use it) and they brought another one up right away. 'Very friendly and easy to book'

'What a great hotel! Very new, very clean and very comfortable. Great heated underground parking. Lightning fast elevator. Awesome stay for us. We were in Fort Mac for 5 nights. We booked the Prime Hotel. It was such a dump we cancelled after the first night and moved over to the Pomeroy. What an amazing upgrade and good decision that was. No plans to return to Fort Mac but I’d stay at the Pomeroy again if I did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. '
