My wife and I booked a room at the Tru by Hilton Albany Airport hotel in Albany NY on 2/19-2/20/26.
We arrived around 7pm driving from Altona NY for a medical appointment early the following day. After we checked in we went eat downstairs and the service and food was excellent.
However, upon returning to our room we first noticed the toilet did not flush completely and the water kept rising. We also noticed the bathroom sink was draining very slowly and dark objects were floating. After a long drive we were exhausted and went to bed.
The next morning when it got brighter in the room we got to see how dirty the room was. It was dusty and there was a plastic bottle near the bed. The bathtub had hairs on it and it was very gross. My wife went to use the blow dryer and it was so sticky and had hairs stuck to it like it had not been cleaned for a long time.
Because we had such a short stay and had to leave very early we did not report this to the front desk but hopefully this problem can be fixed for the next guests. I have enclosed some photos.
