'This place has good potential. There's a nice common room and kitchen. But there's no heat or hot water and the picture isn't of the actual place. Very friendly owner though. '

'I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. '

'Beautiful hotel with shops nearby. I appreciated their elevator since we had a lot of luggages. Room was clean. Working AC. Their bakery was delicious and affordable. Their included breakfast was also delicious.'
