The space

A refundable damage deposit of 500 Euros is required prior to arrival. Electricity usage will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and any charges will be deducted from the deposit.

Bedding and Towel Care
To help us keep our linens in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you shower to remove sunscreen, tanning products, and chlorine before using the beds or towels.

If you notice any sunscreen marks on towels or bedding, please wash the items as soon as possible. Sunscreen stains can become permanent if left untreated for several days and may not be removed through normal laundering.

As a reminder, please ensure that all house rules are respected throughout your stay. The villa is located in a quiet residential area; therefore, parties, events, excessive noise and loud music are strictly prohibited.

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a €500 penalty will apply.

Guests are also kindly asked to treat the villa, its furniture, appliances and all equipment with care. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay, and the related costs may be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
