The location is great in Lavaca, there is a railway close that you can hear, not abnormal in area but good for light sleepers to be aware of as well as it is on a busy street going to highway. The yard is large with opportunities to sit out and grill unfortunately it was not maintained while we were there and could not enjoy. Overall great option in area. »
