'We stayed here in July for my daughter’s new student orientation at OU. The location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and our room was very spacious and clean. The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU.'

'The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.'

I WAS SO EXCITED AND HAD BOOKED THAT ROOM JUST FOR THE RED BED AND COUCH! THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, THERE WERE TONS OF FRUIT FLIES!, DIRT ALL OVER THE FLOOR, STAINS AND GRASS ALL OVER THE RUG, CURLY DARK HAIR ON OUR BATH TOWELS AND IN OUR BED SHEETS, THE BED WAS NOISY AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, THE BATHTUB DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND WHEN WE TURNED IT ON IT SMELT...

'The room that I got was not cleaned as good as it should have been. Deadbolt did not work. They had some guest that smoked marijuana (skunk weed) inside through their room and didn't do anything about them. I could smell it down the hallway and it actually infiltrated in my room under the door and it made me sick smelling it when I was trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the staff and they down the hallway and sprayed air freshener and getting kick out those people there was no smoking...

'Hotel was getting painted which did make it look a little better. There was no water left in the rooms or even for sale, the hot tub was broken and my room had 1 towel.'

'Way over priced.The pool and hot tub were full of algae from a storm they had a full week before. Breakfast was not at all good. And was charged $28 for something that did not at all come close to matching free breakfast at Marriott, best western, holiday inn express or others. Flies in the lobby, breakfast area. The staff at breakfast were very rude. We were trying out hilton because it has been awhile since we had stayed at one. We will not be back.'

'The property looked older on the outside and inside. Everything we needed worked. The customer service was great and they were very attentive to what I had told her when I first checked in. It didn’t matter what time of day we spoke with any of the employees their customer service was very good ( that’s rare these days). Room was very clean and big'
