The first part, facing due south, has a terrace furnished to eat outside in the sun, overlooking a garden and a swimming pool.
The second part has a wooden terrace under an awning guaranteeing a shade corner, a very pleasant relaxation area during high temperatures, in a Moroccan lounge style, with of course a jacuzzi welcoming up to 6 people.

The interior of the house consists of a large bright living room with a large flat screen on the wall, a large open kitchen (Clim, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), a toilet and a master suite with a King size bed including a shower and a large dressing room.
Upstairs is composed of a first bedroom with a double bed, a storage cupboard and a flat screen on the wall, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, then a second bedroom with a bed double mezzanine and a crib for children.
The basement includes a large utility room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and an iron.
You have a private parking space on the side of the house.
