The Space:

Step inside to find an airy, open-plan interior with generous proportions and comfortable furnishings that make settling in easy. The living area provides plenty of room to stretch out on the sofa, enjoy a movie or spend time together between adventures. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals at home, with an adjoining dining area for sharing breakfast or gathering over dinner.



Sliding glass doors connect the living space to the private balcony, extending the apartment outdoors. Settle into the outdoor seating with a book, enjoy a leisurely meal or simply take a moment to appreciate the tropical surroundings. The seamless connection between indoors and out makes this a lovely place to spend unhurried afternoons.



When it's time to rest, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite, creating a comfortable retreat with added privacy. The second bedroom features a king bed and an additional single, offering flexible accommodation for families or friends. A separate full bathroom makes shared stays more convenient, while air conditioning throughout ensures everyone can unwind comfortably.



For longer stays, laundry facilities make it easy to refresh your holiday wardrobe. You will also have access to the complex's shared swimming pools, spa, gym and BBQ facilities, offering plenty of ways to spend a leisurely day without venturing far.

The Neighborhood:

Airlie Beach is the vibrant gateway to the Whitsundays, where waterfront dining, tropical scenery and island adventures are all part of everyday life. Explore the cafés, restaurants and boutique shops along the main street, enjoy a swim at the Airlie Beach Lagoon or follow the scenic Bicentennial Walkway towards Coral Sea Marina and Cannonvale Beach.



Spend your days cruising to Whitehaven Beach, snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef or discovering the surrounding islands. Closer to home, enjoy sunset drinks overlooking the water, browse the local markets or venture to nearby Conway National Park for scenic rainforest walks.



Getting Around:

Free on-site garage parking makes exploring Airlie Beach and the surrounding Whitsunday region convenient. The town centre, restaurants, cafés and Airlie Beach Lagoon are nearby, although the area's hilly streets may make the return walk more demanding.



Local buses and taxis provide additional transport options, while tours and island excursions generally depart from Port of Airlie or Coral Sea Marina. Whitsunday Coast Airport is approximately a 35–45-minute drive away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night).
