'We stayed here with a family of 13, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Ponta Delgada. The house was well equipped, and having almost everyone (other than the children) with their own bedroom and bathroom made it incredibly comfortable for a large group. "Service was overall erg langzaam in alle horeca. Hoofdgerechten duurden 45 minuten. Toetjes half uur. Er werd niet gevraagd naar drankjes. Bijna twee uur aan tafel met 1 drankje. Rooftopbar mooi, maar ook daar duurde een rondje cocktails ca 40 minuten. Ober was wel aardig maar gewoon erg traag met bereidingen. Kamers hadden wel bad maar geen aparte douche. Douchen in bad vind ik niet horen bij deze prijsklasse. Ontbijt met 20 euro p.p. Redelijk prijzig, veel keuze maar veel werd niet tijdig bijgevuld. Pannenkoekjes elke dag koud. "
