'I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. 'Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.'

'Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. '

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay.
One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles.
If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby.
