This area is also renowned as a sanctuary for Loggerhead, flatback and green sea turtles nesting along the sandy and uninhabited coastline from November to March

This exquisite property accommodates up to 12 guests, including a maximum of 8 adults, across 5 bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite.

Staying at the beautiful Merinda Sound grants you access to the estate’s exceptional shared China Beach Club amenities, including a stunning 25-meter horizon pool, sun lounges, changing rooms, and several BBQ cabana areas.
As you approach the property, the breathtaking ocean view will captivate you. Enter through the front breezeway into the Alfresco-style indoor/outdoor sitting area, where the stunning ocean vistas provide the perfect backdrop for unwinding, gathering, and enjoying the sunset.

To the left, you'll find an additional relaxation lounge designed for comfort and socialization. It features a full glass window to maximize the panoramic views, a plush lounge area, and a large wall-mounted TV.
The spacious, modern kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek quartz countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, including a 900mm oven/stove and a Butler's pantry complete with a Breville coffee pod machine. The expansive dining table invites socializing and shared meals. A full laundry with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience.
On this level, the grand master suite awaits, offering stunning ocean views and lush subtropical landscapes. This luxurious retreat includes a king bed with exquisite linens, air conditioning, and fans. The modern ensuite bathroom is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a smart toilet, a freestanding tub, and an open-view rain shower. The serene outlook of the subtropical bushland and ocean enhances the ambiance of this unique sanctuary.

Travel to the right of the alfresco room to discover three additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. Luxurious linens are provided, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and TVs. Each deluxe room boasts stunning ocean views.

Descend to the lower level to find a fourth bedroom, which accommodates up to 4 single beds, ideal for youth. Please note that this separate area may not be suitable for very young children. This room is also equipped with air conditioning and fans.

The lower level also includes an outdoor entertaining area with a large 10-seater dining setting, a Weber BBQ, and an outdoor sink and bench area. Here, you can relax in your private heated spa while enjoying ocean views or unwind under the stars. After a day exploring remote beaches, freshen up in the provided outdoor shower.
A double carport offers parking for two vehicles.

All linen is provided though please bring your beach towels.
