The hills surrounding the house are rich in medieval villages, castles, and wineries producing excellent Piacenza wines. In particular, the Trebbia Valley, one of the four valleys of the hills, is home to some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. For sports enthusiasts: cycling and mountain biking, as well as hiking, are the best ways to explore and discover these areas.

A cat lives in the villa’s garden and is used to roaming the outdoor spaces.
The villa is reached via about one kilometer of unpaved road, accessible to all cars, but to be driven with care and attention.

Large panoramic windows offer a charming view of the surrounding landscape. The ground floor, arranged in two wings, features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoors, a furnished porch, a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, connected by internal stairs, there is a bright living room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms, arranged on split levels. In the garden, next to a natural stream, there is an independent guesthouse with a bedroom and bathroom. One internal staircase has no handrail.
