High speed internet with WiFi. Beautiful large Trex deck that wraps around the back of the home. The extra large deck is shared with owners but you are private from their side. Very nice view from the deck onto the cove and down to the boat dock. Deep cove for fishing from the dock. Gas grill on the deck with plenty of lounging and eating spaces. Safe comfortable neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife. Deer are everywhere!!
