« To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins...

« I was overall disappointed with the apartment. The apartment was not as nice as the online photo depicted. The couch had been covered with blankets as it was old and worn out and extremely squeaky.One of the bedrooms only had a small wire rack where you could place your things but there was't much room in there anyway. The second bedroom only had hanging space and no shelves whatsoever so we had nowhere to put our clothes during our stay and ended up living out of our suitcase for the duration...

« Do not stay here. We unfortunately made a booking to stay here two months ago, only to find that a prison cell would have been more welcoming (see photos). The only heater was literally held together with a piece of cardboard (see image), which, when we alluded to the fact that this was a fire hazard, was met with an effective "m’eh" by the owner.
