The property includes a dedicated storage room for bicycles, making it a convenient base for cycling enthusiasts. The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Please also be aware that animals are present in the neighbourhood. On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished with tasteful and cosy pieces, and connects seamlessly to an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, as well as a bar area. From the living area, you have direct access to the garden, while the kitchen opens onto a private terrace. The ground floor also includes 1 shower and WC bathroom. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find 1 open room with sloping ceilings and wooden floors, configured with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length. The property offers a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley.
