Located in one of the most elegant and exclusive areas of Catania, the Acicastello seafront - "la Scogliera", the property has a private condominium sea access with the possibility of direct access from the platform to the bar / restaurant of the "Grotta Smeralda" beach.

Home to the summer nightlife, the area has numerous bars, lounge bars, pizzerias, restaurants, discos and beaches that turn into nightclubs by the sea in the evening. Some of them can also be reached on foot. Between the Sheraton and the Green Bay allows long walks in the company of the sea.  The area, easily reachable by car, is well connected by public transport. The bus stop from Catania to Acicastello and vice versa is located 10 meters from the gate. It is about 13 km from the Fontanarossa airport, 35 km from the Etna and is 10 minutes by car from the services axis for the ME-PA motorway entrance, the ring road, and supermarkets. Its proximity to the national one allows easy to visit the city of Catania and tourist sites such as Acicastello, Acitrezza, Capo Mulini, Acireale and the Etnei countries.
