'At first look, hotel looks great ,it lays in an beautiful area. But when you get in reality hits you, these owners don’t want to run this hotel anymore. That how they act the room is Oké, for one night, to stay couple days I wouldn’t recommend it. Bathroom is like the reviews say, so outdated you only have a Bath with a Handshower. But the worst thing for us was the dinner. You had to pre order what was on the menu, that isn’t that bad. But the dinnertime was between 6:00-7:00 pm. And...

'The location is good, by the river, although it’s next to a 60mph road so cars rushing by are heard throughout the night. On the booking page there were pictures of a fairly new, cute round wooden ‘pod’, which would suit the name Glamping pods as advertised. The pods were actually present on the premises and looked really charming. We were very disappointed to find that our ‘Glamping pod’ was in fact a garden shed with double doors, which stood at an angle, had a weird combination of old beds...

'Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!'
