'Es hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt und gammelig. Das Badezimmer dreckig. Es richt grauenhaft nach einem undefinierbaren Mittel. Die Aircondition ist unbrauchbar.'

'What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list'
