The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The couch/hide a bed needs to be replaced!!! It is VERY UNCOMFORTABLEto sit on and makes all kinds of noises like the the mechanism is falling apart. Your better off using the wooded kitchen chairs to watch TV. THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Not cozy. You can hear the surf from the beach but there is not a current trail to the beach. The frying pan had Teflon coating peeling off and also needs replacing. Wouldn't stay there again unless the couch was replaced.

Cute place, not great communication

The place was cute and we didn’t have any issues once we got in. My frustration was with the initial communication and there was nothing done to make things right that didn’t go well with the I initial check in. All in all I would still recommend this place to stay, just make sure you are on top of the communication and have everything dialed in before your trip.

Beach Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Having a kitchen was great for our toddler and the yard space for our dog was perfect. The bedroom was a little small to fit a pack-n-play but we made it work. If it was nicer weather we would have loved the back patio area as well.

Complicated and overpriced

Check in was hard no one answered call but cleaning lady was there and let me in. They then charged me another 50 early check in which was never agreed upon ever. No one has reached out to me when i have questions no one answers nor do they respond w text I’m so frustrated. I agreed to one price now they are overcharging me for another random fee which is more than my original charge so total for two night is over 800 dollars. What?!? This is absurd. The dishes r all stacked up and dirty still tons of food on them and not my responsibility to clean them so i had to go buy dishes and a pan because it’s dirty. And yet they want to overcharge me. This is insane i could have stay at a much nicer facility for this price

Not very clean

The unit could use a good scrub. It looks like it's gotten only surface cleanings for a while. There were ants in the kitchen and living room areas, mold in the window in the shower, a really dirty bath mat in the bathroom and the sofa smelled of body odor. The pictures on the listing are accurate in that all the furnishings are the same, but it was not cozy or comfortable because of the cleanliness. All things are fixable with a good, deep cleaning!

Quiet and clean lodging in a great location

Clean, nice layout, older but well maintained, fantastic location. Super easy check in and out. Everything was set up as advertised and in good working condition. I would definitely stay here again. It's not for someone who wants modern.

The location was great, so close to beach and loved the ability to sit out back on the deck and on the grass. Very quiet as well. The only things I could see that were small issues were: The bathroom needs to have the shower sprayed with bleach and scrubber as there is mildew and the sink in the bathroom is almost completely clogged and barely drains.

Overall great for us!

Simple check in, wish you had earlier check in times. Walking distance to beach right out the back. Close enough to other places if you don’t mind a walk. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. (The dishes/bowls were greasy when I went to cook. The bathroom and floors were also dirty. The tub clogged EVERYTIME I used it to take a shower. The towels smelled a bit, The bedroom floor near window always had a puddle of water in front of it. I’m not sure why. We slept on top of covers on the bed so I didn’t check out the sheets or anything.) but this was all house cleaning issues. Everything else was great! Booking was super quick and easy. Perfect set up. Thank you!

Ideally located in Ocean Shores

Works well for a couple. Only downside was the wifi did not work at all. Not sure if it was the cable system signal not including wifi, the cable modem not passing wifi through, the CAT5 cable between the cable modem and the wifi modem, or the wifi modem itself that was the problem. Rental agency not much help, and no technician showed up to diagnose the problem.

Ocean Shores at Stardust Dunes

The condo is quaint and very conveniently located. There are lots of restaurants and shops within short walking distance and beach access is literally around the corner. The condo is outdated but has all the needed amenities. The pictures on the website are a little misleading. The pics with ocean view give an impression that there is a view but there is not. They are areal shots from further away. View is bushes. It also would have nice to know that the bathroom is by the kitchen. That would have been a deal breaker for us had we known that.

Cozy, convenient place

We were curious about Ocean Shores and decided to book a place last minute. Check out was very easy and instructions for the stay were clearly communicated. The location is close to many restaurants and stores so we really only had to walk places. Great for the weekend!

Wonderful time at Ocean Shores

We had a wonderful time, yes. We will certainly want to use these facilities again. We were unable to use the hide-a-bed in the living room because it seems to be jammed, stuck/broken on one side, preventing us from pulling it out. Other than that, everything was in working order, and we appreciated all of the little details that went into making the place perfect! So glad that we could bring our family dog with us as well.

Our stay at Ocean Shores

Renting this property was easy and the cost was reasonable, however, I do take exception to the lack of clean sheets for the queen bed (sand was all over the fitted sheet) & the sofa sleeper was not functional. It was stuck and took 2 people to pull it out successfully. You would be wise to have it replaced or repaired as someone could easily get hurt trying to open it.
