Perfect place to relax for couples, friends, and family! Bring your own fishing gear, grill, and folding chair to enjoy the scenery, swim, fish off of the dock, or hangout on the deck enjoying the peaceful sounds of the lake. Bring your boat, canoe/kayak and explore the lake. Sit back and relax in the open living space and enjoy the gorgeous view of the deck, yard, and dock all from the comfort of the couch. There are so many things to do for the entire family to reconnect, relax, and unplug.

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open floor plan living room and kitchen. Large parking area with plenty of space to park two boats for your fishing tournament! You can also dock your boat on our private dock (which is one of the best fishing spots on the lake).

Main bedroom suite has a queen cherry bed set with a medium firm cooling memory foam mattress big enough for 2 and luxuriously soft cotton sheets. There's plenty of storage in the wardrobe, dresser, closet, and bedside tables along with a 32" Roku TV. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

Second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a twin bed fold-out chair. The full bed can comfortably sleep two adults, while each twin can sleep one adult or child comfortably. Each bed has a medium firm cooling memory foam mattress and luxurious cotton bedding. Alternatively, this room can also be used as a private office space and includes a desk, comfortable sitting chair, reading lamp, and 32" Roku TV/monitor.

Private bathroom includes a shower/tub with a powerful massage shower head, brand new toilet, and a well-lit sink. There's a window in the bathroom /shower area you can also enjoy if you pull back the curtains and open the waterproof blinds. If you forgot something, we have some sensitive skin friendly body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, and aloe along with a hairdryer ready for your use if needed and plenty of spare toilet paper.

Living room space has a 50" Roku TV and includes a 5-person couch, lounge chair, a 4-person table, and a 4-person bar stool area. Cable TV is not an amenity we provide.

Kitchen space includes a vintage electric stove/oven, microwave (with air fryer and oven modes), toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Please note that the stove is not dirty, it is just old and has lost a bit of color and luster over time.

Patio includes a 4-person table and plenty of space to setup your own grill or smoker.

Use of the private dock is included during your stay! Feel free to bring your boat and dock it during your trip. The dock is lit by a motion sensor activated solar light, so you can fish at night as well.

As this is a lake house, you may encounter bugs and animals (i.e. ants, mosquitos, spiders, mice, snakes, etc.) during your stay. The house is treated regularly for pests, but if you leave out food or leave any doors and windows open you will encounter bugs inside and out of the home. Please make sure to bring appropriate bug spray to treat yourself during your stay.
