Summary:

A house built onto a natural rock outcrop, on its own private estate in A Capela (A Coruña), 15 minutes from the Fragas do Eume forest and 45 from A Coruña. Sleeps 6: three bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with single beds) plus a single sofa bed, one full bathroom and a WC. Living room with wood fireplace, kitchen, fast WiFi and a desk. Terrace and swing looking west over the fields to the sea for the sunset; at night the rock is lit up. Parking on the estate. Pets welcome at no extra cost.



The Space:

Bedrooms: two with a double bed and a third with single beds under the eaves; the living room has a single sofa bed. Sleeps 6.



Bathrooms: one full bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor and a separate WC.



Living room: the heart of the house, with a wood-burning fireplace, sofa, TV and a small desk for working. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker.



Outside: a large private estate around the rock, with a covered terrace, a swing and lawns facing the sunset over the sea. The rock itself is illuminated at night, which is the house's signature.



Space to park several cars on the estate (no garage); barbecue available.



Guest Access:

The whole house and the estate are yours: three bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and WC, terrace, swing and gardens. Parking right by the house.



The Neighborhood:

A Capela is a rural council in the north of A Coruña province. The house stands alone on its estate, with no neighbours in sight.



- Fragas do Eume Natural Park (Atlantic forest, Caaveiro monastery): 15 min by car.

- Pontedeume (old town, river beach, restaurants): 20 min.

- Ferrol and its beaches (Doniños, Valdoviño): 30-35 min.

- A Coruña city: 45 min.

- Supermarket and bars in As Neves / A Capela: 5-10 min.



Getting Around:

Come by car: public transport in the area is very limited. Parking is on the estate, next to the house. A Coruña airport is about 45 minutes away, Santiago airport about 1 h 15.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Minimum age to book: 18.



Pets are welcome at no extra cost. No smoking indoors, no parties. The fireplace is wood-burning; please ask us how to use it. The estate is open countryside: keep an eye on small children near the rock and the swing.
