We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

« The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available. We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. « The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
