'Het hotel op zich is heel goed. De staff is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Skiën kon zonder probleem vanuit het hotel. Het hotel heeft ook een mooi zwembad. We vonden het alleen veel te warm in het hotel. De chef-kok was veranderd en de maaltijd 's avonds waren veel te zwaar vergelijken met de twee voorgaande jaren. De prijzen in de bar waren exorbitant hoog.'

The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! 'The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. 'It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. '
