'Good hotel in a shopping area. Nice coffee place around the corner, lots of high end shops too. Lots of traffic everywhere though. The hotel doesn't really have a cozy feel to it because when you enter you go up an escalator and you find a desk and some chairs. Not the greatest layout. We only saw our room and the breakfast area. Good location for seeing the sights and shop in the surrounding areas. Parking in front of the hotel or in the many parking garages. 'This hotel is nothing short of exceptional. All the amenities of its much larger sister hotels but offering a relaxed boutique hotel feel. Service was impeccable and unhurried, staff were professional but not stuffy and really made us feel at home. Under the stairs, the hotel’s cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again soon '

'With our stay we had some issues with our airconditioning in our rooms. I went to an employe named guillaume. I adressed the issue to him and without question he wanted to help. He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect! The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good! Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!'
