'Het hotel op zich is heel goed. De staff is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Skiën kon zonder probleem vanuit het hotel. Het hotel heeft ook een mooi zwembad. We vonden het alleen veel te warm in het hotel. De chef-kok was veranderd en de maaltijd 's avonds waren veel te zwaar vergelijken met de twee voorgaande jaren. De prijzen in de bar waren exorbitant hoog.'

'Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

'I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!'

'The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small.
