'Terrible front desk and guest service. Had to wait hours before room was ready. Unfortunately we got a accesible room on first floor which felt very damp, shower flooded instantly. When we called guest service she replied « please send a mail to reception ». Breakfast and pool service is chaotic. Not what we expect from a 5 star hotel.'

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. It had a calm atmosphere and never felt crowded, making it the perfect place to unwind.
Everything about this hotel matched our style perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and would...

'If you are going to Athens, this is the place to be! Affordable, yet everything you need. It's the most central position in Athens, near the metro and busstations of the hop on, hop off tours. Everything is on walking distance. We stayed in a beautiful room, with a balcony. The breakfast was included, and was ok. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or rooftop bar, but there are a lot of rooftop bars in the neighbourhood, if you want to go there. The staff is helpful and friendly.'

'It is not a five-star hotel, it is closer to a three-star property. The rooms and bathrooms are in need of deep renovation. The TV is outdated, offers only a few channels, and the picture quality is poor. There were issues with the window and with the air-conditioning. The safe battery also needs to be replaced. On the positive side, the closed terrace on the 7th floor is very nice and offers a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. Overall, the value for money is average.'

8/10 Goed
