'A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! '

'New hotel. Room has: comfortable bed, good A/C + hot water. Slippery floor in bathroom. Bathroom is small. If you have a balcony, it can only by used for standing. Nice view from roof top. Brunch is no value for money, neither recommendable. Better to take the limited à la carte menu. Chef/waiter might forget your order.'

'Lovely hotel in a great spot, perfect start and finish to the day on the roof top, with breaky in the morning and a cold beer at the end of the day, watching the sunset. Highly recommend.'

'Everything breathes Grandeur, but the building needs updating towards today's standards. Furniture should be kept, but totally renovated, as also the decoration. Curtains were not even covering the whole windows.'

'Goeie centrale ligging tussen enerzijds Thamel en anderzijds het iets moderne winkelcentrum. Leuk terras met zwembad boven op het dak. Schoon hotel en goed sanitair is een verademing na trektocht Manaslu.'

'We have stayed at Kantipur Village a few times and so far it has never dissapointed , From the hotel lobby to the buffet breakfast, everybody has been exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the ammenities in the hotel have made our stay comfortable. '
