'Hotel looks quite modern. Pluses:
* Large rooms (mini-suites), half with atrium balcony and the other half with outside facing windows. (Not a very great area in terms of beauty, main road but close to the old city walls)
* Excellent buffet breakfast, though it should have been included in some room rates as 27 CN$ is quite expensive.
As many other hotels, only coffeemaking in room not tea.
Minuses:
* The smallish pool at the bottom of the atrium is really for partygoers and families. No shower...

'Iconic property. An enormous hotel but many parts worked quite well given its size - speedy elevators, accessible staff, plenty of space to eat.
Responses from the concierge were very inconsistent. In person requests were handled quickly; email requests were either ignored or the response came too late.'

'We loved that the staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the coffee area and outdoor area on the sixth floor. The areas that could be improved upon were the lighting in the room as well as the gym and spa areas in the basement which were extremely dark and creepy.'

'Mooi hotel dichtbij de stad. Leuk buitenzwembad . Er was niet altijd water met smaak beschikbaar in de lobby. Prijs ontbijt is hoog . Ook was er een dag zonder warmwater. Een compensatie was misschien gepast geweest.'
