'We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! '

'We were impressed by this place. I have been to many resorts (expensive ones) and can honestly say this is the cleanest one. This place smells wonderfully, very attentive, respectful staff. 'A estadia foi ótima, o hotel tem se esforçado para prestar um bom atendimento, os funcionários em sua maioria são simpáticos e prestativos. A limpeza deixa a desejar, o lobby do hotel está sempre sujo. As comidas são boas na media, os funcionários do food truck são super grossos, mas a comida de lá é boa e sai bem rápido. 'Check in: wifi does not reach rooms…disappointing. Manager said some company is working on it. There was no water available which came quickly after (they could have let us know).
