'We hebben er enorm van genoten. In het hotel konden we in alle rust genieten van de zee en van Zanzibar. Ook onze tours in het hotel regelen ging zonder problemen. 'Everything was fantastic. We felt very welcomed, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Room was very spacious and looked exactly like in the pictures. Restaurant at the beach was nice and the food was great. Breakfast was very filling. Everyone was so helpfull at all times. What ever we needed we were taken care of. Thank you Gibson <3'

'pfffff...horrible. Very noisy, we checked in late around 9.30 pm and we were welcomed with loud karaoke music. The price does not match the room. the room was very simple. I guess you pay for the location. We stayed 2 nights. We didnot sleep very well in this hotel. I had to use earplugs.They start to drag heavy furniture very early every morning. I think already around 6 am and maybe even earlier. You can hear the dragging noise very well. The doors are probably handmade and not very well made....

'We booked the Spice Palace Hotel but were transfered to a sister hotel (Antonio Garden Hotel). We could still book the exact same room in Spice Palace hotel, which is super strange. We booked diner together and received voucher for it. You could pick any main dish, but all the dishes with meat were suddenly not available. After some push, one of the cheaper ones was available.. Based on above experience, I would not recommend this hotel.'

'PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. I did get a refund but most people will probably stay where they are forced to stay due to lack of options and uncertainty. I...
