'It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

'We have stayed at Fuego several times and will continue to come back as it is the perfect paradise. Beautiful place to stay, delicious breakfast, yoga, a beautiful pool and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable to many restaurants, all beaches and even shopping. Highly recommend!!!'

'We loved our stay at Nautilus. It was a perfect location close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to amazing sunsets on the beach. The room was perfect for our needs and our 2 day stay in Santa Teresa. The pool was lovely and the environs quiet and well manacured. We would definitely stay here again. '

'We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. And you woke up to this view when you’re going to sleep with the view is amazing. Highly recommend.'

'Mooie ruime huisjes, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig paardrijden met Martin. Aapjes, eekhoorntjes en mooie vogels in bomen. Yoga leraren erg goed en mooie spa. Keuken heerlijk. Chef en sous-chef (19 jaar!) echt goed en bevlogen. Aanrader!'

'This place is a dream! Stunning location, right on the shore of the Pacific in beautiful Montezuma. We dined, slept and explored with the rolling ocean waves ever present. 'Zeer slechte ontvangst. Man aan de receptie was niet op de hoogte van onze boeking en sprak geen woord Engels. De kok was zeer onvriendelijk, eigenlijk onbeleefd, het was allemaal tegen zijn zin. Op het terras van onze kamer lag een stapel vuile kussens van terrasstoelen. Comfort kamer was basic. Het enige positieve van dit hotel was het prachtige uitzicht op de zee en rivier. Zeer slechte weg om het hotel te bereiken. Geen aanrader.'

'Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!'
