'The bed & pellow are pretty home-like, I have no problem sleeping with them. Staff are really courteous. But the air-conditioner in my single room is not at the perfect location, where the wind either blows directly behind when you sit, or blows directly on your mat when you sleep. I got a fever on the third day and decided to turn to 27 degree but luckily it works very well. I really prefer all the 'seasonal hotsprings', where you feel the outdoor cold breeze. The gym is a bit small...

"We booked a standard room, it was small but very functional! In the breakfast box we missed fruits. The sandwiches with egg and salad were nice. The last day we did not eat anything, too much meat. In our opinion the box causes a lot of waste. A vegetarian option would be a good idea!"
