'Loudest hotel room I've ever experienced. From the neighbors' doors slamming, to the elephants walking around above and flushing their toilet, the A/C that sounded like we were on a boat, housekeeping slamming drawers and the guy in the connecting room hacking up a lung, it wasn't the quietest stay. We checked out a day early. Otherwise, breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Didn't change from day to day though. Getting a room with the bay view is totally worth it. A few restaurants are...

'I hate to always point out the worse, but other than these problems, it was a great experience. The toilet in Room 426 did not operate correctly, and there seemed to be some mold in the shower. The elevator smelled of recent solvent fumes, and the floor was sticky for all three days of our stay. Breakfast was adequate but cold. Ice machines were only available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The staff was great. '

'Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...
